Unlocking Skills - Guild Wars Forums

Can you unlock every skill with a secondary or a primary character? Or Do you need to have both of the same class(or is there simply not enough quests so far to unlock em all)

As far as I know you can unlock every skill but Elite which has to be captured. If you miss a skill it will be available from the skill trainer in the next town you visit. Someone correct me if I`m wrong.

But for your pvp characters I mean, yes you can obtain all the skills on the one but if I go to create my char theres locked ones still and I've all but completed the game(2 missions to go)
I've been to every city and done every quest and I believe you only unlock skills when you get them from quests not buy them

skills are unlocked as soon as you have access to them
either by
- quest
- buying
- capture

I'm not sure if PvP skills are shared by all chars on the same acct

if you create a new PvE character,
you will have to seek out skills all over again
(even if a different PvE character already unlocked it)

only PvP characters get access to past unlocked skills

If I delete a PvE character, does the skills/items I unlocked with that character stay unlocked?

Yes, for PvP only characters.
